The Akron-Westfield Discovergarten through fourth grade performed their Holiday Concert Nov. 29 in the elementary gym. Director was Kyle Schroeder and accompanist was Kathy Johnson.
Donna Swanson, 78, of Alcester, South Dakota, passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at Unity Point Health – St. Luke’s Hospital in Sioux City, Iowa.
Randy Edwin Frerichs, age 65, of Akron, Iowa, passed away with his wife of 47 years, Charlene (Brewer), at his side, on Tuesday, December 12, 2023.
